Access Title Company is seeking an ambitious and self-driven Outside Sales Representative (1099 Independent Contractor) to expand our footprint across North Carolina and surrounding states. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a strong background in real estate, mortgage, or title services who thrives on building relationships, generating leads, and driving growth.

About the Role
As a 1099 Outside Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, builders, and attorneys. You’ll represent the Access Title brand with professionalism, integrity, and a passion for exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners across multiple markets
• Promote Access Title Company’s full suite of title, escrow(states vary), and vendor management services
• Identify new business opportunities and drive lead generation through networking and outreach
• Attend real estate and community events to represent the company professionally
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and efficient closing experiences
• Report activity and progress through CRM tools or sales tracking software

Qualifications:
✅ Proven experience in real estate, mortgage lending, or title industry sales (preferred)
✅ Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
✅ Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter attitude
✅ Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned territory
